Promotora Delhi provides hospitality services, including but not limited to hotel accommodation, vacation rental booking services, and related real estate services, primarily focused on properties located in the Yucatan region of Mexico.   1. User Accounts (If Applicable)

To access certain features of the Services, such as managing bookings, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.


  1. Bookings, Payments, and Fees
  • Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Promotora Delhi. Making a reservation request does not guarantee a confirmed booking.
  • Pricing: Prices for Services are listed in MXN or USD and are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation. Prices displayed typically include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional fees for specific services or incidentals may apply.
  • Payment: We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers. For most reservations, a payment is required at the time of booking, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment as required may result in cancellation of the reservation.
  • Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed once you receive a formal booking confirmation email or document from Promotora Delhi outlining your reservation details.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate plan, property, and dates booked. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation will be clearly stated during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Generally, cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date may receive a full or partial refund, while later cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the full amount paid.   1. User Conduct and Property Rules

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. When staying at properties offered through our Services, you and your guests agree to comply with all property rules and regulations provided by Promotora Delhi or the property management, including rules regarding noise levels, smoking, pets (if applicable), use of common areas, and check-in/check-out procedures. You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests during your stay.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content included on or comprising the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Promotora Delhi or its content suppliers and protected by Mexican and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Promotora Delhi.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
  • The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Promotora Delhi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Promotora Delhi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Promotora Delhi will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services or from any interaction with properties or personnel related to the Services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, personal injury, or property damage, unless otherwise specified in writing and resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Promotora Delhi, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms, any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Services using your account, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, specifically the applicable federal laws and the laws of the state of Quintana Roo, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Cancun, Benito Juarez, Quintana Roo, Mexico.


  1. Changes to Terms

Promotora Delhi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect, such as by posting on our website or sending an email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
